In 2005, Amy moved to California to work side-by-side with her father and manage his portfolio including single family renovations to out-of-state apartment complexes.

Amy continued to manage restaurants in the foreground while learning and building real estate knowledge in the background. In 2011, she left the restaurant business for good to focus on real estate full-time.
